VALPRO employees are training in technical drawing reading and design software
VALPRO is committed to providing employees with opportunities to enhance their knowledge and professional skills. In collaboration with Valmiera Technical School, our colleagues have started an adult non-formal education program: “Technical Drawing Reading and Design.”
During the training, employees develop skills to:
- Read drawings and other technical documentation;
- Interpret detailed work drawings;
- Sketch components and create simple drawings.
The knowledge gained supports more precise and efficient work with technical information, strengthening professional competencies in the company’s daily operations.
