On May 1, when we celebrate not only the day the Constitution of the Republic of Latvia was convened, but also Labour Day, we proudly honour our colleague Jānis Šķēps – a VALPRO employee and a true master of milling. Jānis has dedicated almost 70 working years to VALPRO, and at the age of 85, he is now heading into a well-deserved retirement. His passion for work, precision, perseverance, and exceptional professionalism have set an example for many and will continue to inspire our employees for years to come.
