Time spent together outside the usual routine is a true value. How pleasant it is to break away from everyday routines and the pace of production work to meet in a different atmosphere, celebrate togetherness, and simply enjoy the evening!

 

Throughout the evening, we were delighted by surprises, smiles, and truly beautiful moments. On this special night, we honored our Colleagues of the Year, Employees of the Year, as well as those VALPRO team members who have worked at the company for more than 40 years — at present, we have six such colleagues rich in loyalty and experience.

 

For nearly two months, the ladies kept it a secret that they were learning dance steps; an illusionist amazed us with his sleight of hand; the choir learned VALPRO’s unofficial anthem, “Dzelzsgriezējs” (“The Iron Cutter”), especially for this evening; meanwhile, delicious food, magical performances, and lively music created a true festive atmosphere.

 

So many beautiful emotions were experienced in one evening at the Magical VALPRO Ball!
