VALPRO Ltd. participates in project “Latvian Logistics Association members’ workforce qualification training”. In February within the project employees’ trainings are carried about systematic governance and process optimization in company.

Training includes such themes as manufacture processes optimization, repair workshop internal process efficiency, remuneration and internal evaluation and measurement systems. Training includes theoretical aspect studies and practical solution nomination by analysing current processes in company. Ten VALPRO employees are trained representing Mechanical and Production departments.

In 12^th January 2011 organization “Latvian Logistics Association” and “Investment and Development Agency of Latvia” signed agreement No. L-APA-10-0026, which provides opportunity for different companies to increase their employees’ qualification.
