According to individual requests VALPRO SIA offers an option to create non-standard cylinders with specific modifications, providing different construction and surface treatment options.

Construction modifications:

• Additional output openings – external cartridges, hoses, etc.
• Additional holders and other cylinder parts

Surface treatment modifications:

• Specific internal coating
• External surface and parts treatment with zinc
• Non-standard colour painting (in accordance with RAL catalogue)

PLASTIC LINING

In fire extinguisher cylinders manufacture VALPRO uses technology which provides cylinder internal plastic lining.

Plastic coat protects cylinder and fire-extinguishing agent from mutual interaction, that way providing longer and safer fire extinguisher time of usage.

Spray method is used for cylinder in lining to provide even and smooth coating. Sprayed plastic amount is adjustable in case there is need for different coating thickness for different parts of one cylinder.
